Hydropulse Generator

Hydropulse generator is designed for restoration of initial reservoir properties of the zone around a wellbore in production and injection wells.

The HPG consists of rotor pulse generator 1, power drive 2 and removable vortex nozzles 3 located in body of generator 4.

Concept of HPG


kart1HPG generates different amplitudes hydro-acoustic waves focused on de-compaction and removal of mudcake from the formation to restore initial permeability.

Reduction of surface tension and wettability of formation towards improvement of oil flow.

kart2Increase of acid treatment efficiency when it is a part of HPG treatment.


Development of existing and creation of new micro fracture system around wellbore to increase inflow surface and production from the well.

HOW IT WORKS

HYDROACOUSTIC TREATMENT OF VERTICAL WELL

  • Run FlowJet pump body on tubing with packer below the pump and Generator at the end to the reservoir depth.
  • Start pumping fluid to the tubing to make Generator creating different amplitude hydroacoustic waves.
  • Seat packer and start FlowJet pump to remove products of treatment from reservoir and wellbore.

 

 

HYDROACOUSTIC TREATMENT OF HORIZONTAL WELL

  • Run FlowJet pump body on tubing with packer below the pump and Generator to the horizontal section of the well.
  • Start pumping fluid to the tubing to make Generator creating different amplitude hydroacoustic waves.
  • Move generator to the next intervals of treatment.
  • Start pumping fluid to the tubing to make Generator creating different amplitude hydroacoustic waves.
  • Seat packer and start FlowJet pump to remove products of treatment from reservoir and wellbore.
